A software engineer based in Sydney, Australia with a passion for quality, simplicity, and beautiful design.

I have 10 years experience working with teams building fast, distributed systems for telecommunications messaging.

I'm currently focused on studying and developing software projects to learn new technologies and sharpen my skills.

These are the languages and frameworks I am currently working with in my projects.

I use Flutter and Dart for cross-platform mobile apps.

The speed at which Flutter allows me to develop new products is unlike anything else I've used. Add to that the ability to share a single codebase between both Apple and Android platforms, and you can see why I'm so excited about it!

I use Angular and TypeScript for web apps.

Angular is modern and fast, yet also mature and stable. I love how it enables me to organise code into reusable and easily maintainable components through its emphasis on code consistency and modularity. That makes it my preferred framework for developing modern, high-performing web apps.

I use Spring Boot and Java for back-end services.

Spring is an excellent choice for building enterprise-grade services. It emphasises modularity and scalability, high testability through loose coupling, and access to a vast collection of libraries via the large and thriving Java community.

I use Amazon Web Services for cloud infrastructure.

AWS provides a highly scalable, reliable, cost-effective, and secure cloud computing platform that often eliminates the need for physical hardware. Their global infrastructure enables me to build systems that are consistently highly available and fault tolerant, providing peace of mind even in unpredictable situations.
